Use a soft measuring tape and keep it snug against your body.

STEP 01

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal across your back.

STEP 02

Measure around your natural waistline, usually above the belly button, keeping tape comfortably loose.

STEP 03

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

STEP 04

For inseam, measure along inner leg to ankle. For sleeve, measure from shoulder seam to wrist.
